Arezoo supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, and relationship-related concerns. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and build meaningful, lasting change.
Arezoo takes a warm, flexible, and client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of the individual. Maliheh is a mental health professional at Riva Clinic who supports adults navigating a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. Maliheh works with individuals experiencing anxiety and chronic stress, depression, adult ADHD, trauma and post-traumatic stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, difficulties with emotional regulation, anger management, grief and loss, parenting concerns, and significant life transitions. She recognizes that each person brings a unique combination of experiences, strengths, relationships, and circumstances to therapy, and she tailors her approach accordingly.
